ABOUT IN PURSUIT OF

I founded In Pursuit Of, Inc in the spring of 2025 when I finally was able to move on from some dress clothes that I had cherished - but no longer fit me. I knew there are people out there who could really use them - I worked with many of them in previous jobs serving low-moderate income populations. I was all set to take them for donation but it was bothering me thinking that these clothes would eventually be marked up at a cost to someone who is actually in pursuit of the very income needed to buy them. Even worse was visions of people “poppin’ tags” when someone else really needs them. So, I wanted to make sure that my clothes ended up somewhere needed at no cost. I also happen to know a lot of people who would be interested in donating directly to these individuals as well. And there it is…

In Pursuit Of (IPO) is a non-profit organization that is made up of a working board with no paid employees. We believe that everyone deserves to look their best in pursuit of being their best. We believe in treating all with dignity and respect - always leading with integrity first. Our mission is to provide free men’s business attire to economically disadvantaged, veteran, formerly-incarcerated, or other hardship faced individuals who are in pursuit of employment and other types of career advancement. We envision a world where the last thing someone has to worry about in a job interview is being underdressed - so they can focus on being their best.

I hope that ultimately, IPO can play a small role in helping others achieve their dreams and that a consciousness of assisting one another in times of need becomes a contagious mindset in our communities. So - what are you in pursuit of?
