The Executive Experience is In Pursuit Of's premier professional readiness program. Participants receive a personalized in-store suit-fitting and styling experience including measurements, interview attire selection, career coaching, workplace readiness instruction, and professional headshots. This program ensures individuals are fully prepared to confidently pursue employment and career advancement opportunities.
SHARP-START SHUTTLE
A dapper delivery to a nonprofit near you.
The Sharp-Start Shuttle brings In Pursuit Of's services directly to nonprofit and community referral partners. By meeting participants where they are, this program removes transportation, time, and financial barriers and ensures equitable access to professional clothing and workforce readiness support.

The View from Here is an executive lunch and mentorship experience held at the Skyline Club, connecting youth with business and community leaders for meaningful conversations and exposure to professional environments.
THE SAFE START FUND
Keeping returning citizens safe in pursuit of a fresh start.
The Safe Start Fund provides steel-toe safety footwear for returning citizens employed through RecycleForce's transitional jobs program. Participants work in industrial recycling environments where safety footwear is required. Many are unable to afford compliant boots at the time of job entry. Without proper footwear, individuals cannot safely start or maintain employment.
